Company founded in 1968 and located in Mazarron, Murcia. Hernandez Zamora, Inc is part of the Paloma Group, Inc. The firm works in the production and sale of different fruits and vegetables (tomato, peach, grape, nectarine and pomegranate) with red seedless grapes and cherry tomatoes as the most important products. Currently the group produces and sells over 100,000 tons annually. Their produce is almost entirely grown in Murcia, and for product standardization it is sent to one of three modern fruit and vegetable processing centers, two of which are in Mazarron and a third in Aguilas. These facilities contain over 30,000 m2 of buildings and a freezer capacity of 30,000 m3 between holding rooms and quick prefreezing chambers. The firm has its own laboratories for performing quality control tests in order to guarantee customers they are purchasing the very best products.
