In our company, we have known how to combine tradition and youth in order to create a group of wines which have grown up to reach quality levels that, nowadays, allow us to compete worldwide among the most prestigious wines. In BODEGAS SILVANO GARCÍA we carry out an exhaustive control of quality from the vineyard until the bottling by choosing the grapes that fulfil our quality criteria best. We follow the cycle of ripening, differencing from types of grapes, pieces of ground, work controls in the vineyards, and deciding the best moment for the grape harvest.
