We also produce organic products, such as jams in a traditional way, extra virgin olive oil and Fruit Vinegars (made with fig, paraguayan and quince).

Our most innovative products are organic fruit Vinegars. They are characterized by their bittersweet taste with the particular touch of each fruit.
They are different from other fruit vinegars on the market because they are made through the fermentation of the fruit itself, without adding wine vinegar, grape concentrate or must, in addition to being 12 months in oak barrels.
The result is unique products with a surprising taste.
