Coopbox Hispania, S.L.U., part of the Italian group CCPL, was established in 1972 in Lorca (Murcia). The company specializes in the manufacture of microcellular polystyrene containers and offers a complete range of food packaging solutions (e.g. red and white meats, fish, fruit and vegetables, pastries, oven baked and frozen products). Coopbox, which has international subsidiaries in the EU and Eastern Europe, is made up of 9 manufacturing centers and 2 commercial subsidiaries under the names of Coopbox Italia, Coopbox Iberica, Coopbox Eastern and Coopbox Trading. Coopbox Europa currently has a turnover of 100 million euros and a staff of 650 people.
