Manufacturing Process:
Our manufacturing process covers all the steps of production of marble and / or natural stone. From the obtaining of the raw material in quarry to the installation on site. In our production plant we have all the machinery to carry out the whole process, once the marble block (crema marfil, dark emperador, all spanish marbles and marble blocks of importation) is transported from the quarry to the factory, without being dependent on third parties.

We have sawing and block cutting, carefully in the proper thickness with a meticulous quality control that is translated in perfect tolerances.

All the elaboration stage, consists of reinforcement of the marble, and the later finishing, polished marble, aged, apomazado, sprung, etc. The process of resining marble to obtain a mirror effect glitter, free of imperfections.

Once the material has been polished, the marble slabs passes to the cutting process on a disc by means of numerical cutting for millimeter accuracy.

Key Differentiating Features:
Our differentiating value is to control the whole process from the quarry to the project site. We work in coordination with our clients, warehouses of material or constructors to watch over the final result of the material installed on site. We even supervise the installation and technical part of the project thanks to our technical office with engineers who advise on all the casuistic of each material.

The knowledge acquired in the hundreds of projects carried out around the world, makes us focus on what is really important, emphasizing key points such as the classification of the material by its tone, quality control, delivery time compliance, revision of plans and logistics control, our work ends when the project finish. Or when our warehouse clients get the perfect material ready to sell in their installation out of Spain.

A careful production coupled with the quality of our raw material such as Crema Marfil, Dark Emperador, Light Emperador, Black Marquina or Red Alicante (among oher marbles) make us continue to grow together with our customers
